First Course

Crab Au Gratin

Local blue Crab with a secret blend of 5 cheeses, broiled until golden brown and served with toasted crostinis

Ahi Tuna Salad

Sesame-seared sliced Ahi tuna served over Asian slaw served with wasabi, pickled ginger, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, cucumber, carrot and Thai honey glaze

Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta

Multi colored tomatoes, fresh basil, red onion, garlic served with crostini and a parmesan balsamic demi

Second Course

Balsamic Caesar

Traditional Caesar with a little twist

Strawberry Salad

Local mixed greens, sliced strawberries, craisins, toasted almonds, and crumbled goat cheese served with a strawberry vinaigrette

Horiatiki (Greek Village Salad)

Tomato, red onion, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, feta, oregano over romaine with Greek dressing

French Onion Soup

Caramelized onions, beef au jus, homemade croutons and broiled provolone cheese

Third Course

Bistro Filet Oscar

Our beef tender filet seared to temp of choice, covered in lump crabmeat and Béarnaise, served with grilled asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes (Steak can be served by itself upon request)

Chicken Milanese

Chicken cutlet with Dijon créme over arugula tossed in a lemon and herb vinaigrette

Lamb Lollipops

Drizzled with a cabernet mushroom demi glaze and served with two sides

NC Fresh Catch

Fresh local grouper, seared to perfection and finished with a champagne lemon dill créme and your choice of two sides

Orzo Prima

Onion, tomato, mushroom, red pepper, spinach sautéed with olive oil and white wine
