First Course

Choice of one per couple

Crab Au Gratin

Local Blue Crab with a blend of 5 cheeses, broiled until golden brown and served with toasted crostinis

Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna

Mandarin slaw with toasted almonds, cucumbers, carrots, wasabi, pickled ginger, fried wonton crisps and Thai honey glaze

Fig Flatbread

House fig preserves, whipped mascarpone cheese with chives on a toasted flatbread with a balsamic glaze

Chimichurri Steak Crostini

Thinly sliced steak on a Manchego cheese crostini, topped with our Chimichurri sauce and red sweety drop peppers

Second Course

Southern Caesar

Chopped romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheddar, bacon and house-made cornbread croutons with a pimento-ranch dressing

Strawberry Salad

Local mixed greens, sliced strawberries, craisins, toasted almonds, and crumbled goat cheese served with a strawberry vinaigrette

Horiatiki (Greek Village Salad)

Tomato, red onion, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, feta, fresh oregano with Greek dressing

French Onion Soup

Caramelized onions, beef au jus, homemade croutons and broiled provolone cheese

Third Course

Bistro Filet Oscar

Our beef tender filet seared to temp of choice, covered in lump crabmeat and Béarnaise, served with grilled asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes (Steak can be served by itself upon request)

Chicken Bruschetta

Grilled chicken breast topped with a traditional tomato-basil bruschetta, shaved parmesan and aged balsamic reduction

Lamb Lollipops

With a cabernet mushroom demi glaze and served with two sides

NC Fresh Catch

Fresh local grouper, seared to perfection and finished with a champagne lemon dill créme and your choice of two sides

Shrimp Francese

Over orzo with a Tomato Brandy Creme

Cavatappi Prima

Heirloom tomatoes, mushroom, roasted red pepper, spinach and shallots in an extra virgin olive oil and White Wine Sauce
